The Law Offices of Andrius Spokas concentrates in Personal Injury & Workers’ Compensation Cases, Criminal and Traffic Defense, and Real Estate Law. The firm’s principal office is located thirty minutes west of Downtown Chicago, in Roselle, Illinois. We also have a satellite office in Downtown Chicago and offer other flexible appointment alternatives. We serve clients and attend court dates through the greater Chicagoland area and the collar counties, including DuPage County, Will County, Lake County, Kane County, and McHenry County.

Before starting to practice law, attorney Andrius Spokas excelled academically while studying at John Marshall Law School where he obtained Honors and Dean’s List recognitions. Prior to establishing his practice, attorney Andrius Spokas acquired a wide range of experience as he worked in the public and private sectors. Mr. Spokas found his passion for criminal defense while clerking at the Public Defender’s Office in Cook County, Illinois. He began his time with the Public Defender’s Office in the Post-Conviction Division, where he drafted appellate briefs for criminal defendants. 

Mr. Spokas next spent time in the Daley Center at the Traffic Division, where he gained experience defending DUI cases. After the Traffic Division experience, Mr. Spokas moved on to clerk at the Cook County Felony Division at 2650 South California Avenue, where he gained vast experience in defending drug offenses, gun offenses, and other felony charges. Mr. Spokas also clerked for two private law firms located in Downtown, Chicago and in DuPage County, IL.

Since launching the Law Offices of Andrius Spokas in 2013, Mr. Spokas has developed a reputation for aggressively representing his clients’ interests and delivering outstanding litigation results following successful bench and jury trials. Mr. Spokas has also developed a strong passion for representing clients in real estate closings and has diligently represented clients in hundreds of successful real estate closings throughout the greater Chicago area. Mr. Spokas’ wide range of experience gives him the unique ability to effectively deal with many unforeseen surprises when representing clients in personal injury & workers’ compensation cases, criminal & DUI defense cases, or real estate transactions.
